Auglaize County Virtual Academy

K-8 Students:
This is the 9th week/week 27 of the 3rd nine weeks. You are required to have all of the work in box 9 completed by this Saturday at 11:59 p.m. If you do not have the work completed for the week by then you will receive a message mandating tutoring for the following week.

Teachers:

You will need to go to Google Docs and fill in the spreadsheet by Sunday. For any students who completed the work put an X and the percent for the week in the box and for those who did not put an O with the percent. Remember to save your work. We will check Monday morning and any students with an O or a failing grade for the week will be required to come in for mandatory tutoring.

HS Students: Next week is finals week. You should be done with all course work by Wednesday, March 10th. Finals must be taken by Thursday, March 11th at 2:30 p.m. Please call and setup a time to take the finals.

You will start to see your classes for the 4th 9 weeks appear throughout the week. If any of you have questions please message.

Teachers: Grades must be submitted in Google Docs by Sunday, March 14th. We need the course grade and the midterm/final grade only in Google Docs. Please message with any questions.

I would like to reimburse families for their internet service. In order to do that, you must send a copy of your internet bill or bills (January, February, and March only) in by March 31, 2010. If you had internet service installed to begin in the program, please make sure you send me a copy of the bill that has the installation charge on it. We need a copy of your invoice for every month you were eligible for reimbursement. Please make sure that the invoice specifically states your internet provider and the rate for that particular month. We will reimburse you for the number of months your child has been enrolled up to the rate in the information packet you returned to our office.
